Purchase of NeoWLAN prepaid card enables the use of Mobitel’s NeoWLAN service to all users.

Prepaid card’s mode of use:

All prices listed are in EUR and include VAT. NeoWLAN prepaid card users are enabled to use NeoWLAN service for the time specified on their prepaid card, starting from their first entry of the 13 or 16-digit number.

If you log in to NeoWLAN network using a 2-hour prepaid card at 12.00 a.m. for the first time, your prepaid card will expire at 2.00 p.m., irrespective of how much time you actually spent logged in to the network.

NeoWLAN prepaid cards can be purchased at all Mobitel Centres, as well as most locations with NeoWLAN access. The information on whether the NeoWLAN prepaid cards are available at a particular hotspot can be found in the hotspot description at this website.

Note 1: Validity time is the time from the first registration into the system and it depicts the interval, inside which we can use a certain value card.
