Users can pay for of Mobitel's NeoWLAN service with following credit cards: MasterCard, Activa and Visa

Prices

• 1/2 hour (validity time: 30 minutes from the first registration) 3 €
• 2 hours (validity time: 24 hours from the first registration) 9 €
• 24 hours - (3 days) value card (validity time: 72 hours from the first registration) 15 €
• 24 hours - (6 days) value card (validity time: 144 hours from the first registration) 19 €

Note 1: Validity time is the time from the first registration into the system and it depicts the interval, inside which we can use a certain value card.

Note 2: The user may log off an on any number of times during the duration of the card's value.

NeoWLAN prepaid card code
A 16 digit card reciept is issued for the purcahse, and this is the code for logging onto the network. The purchase procedure is detailed in the -How to login section- of this website.
Note: save the code until it expires, as it provides the only way to log in to the network.

Receipt code
A receipt is optionally available after successful purchase of the 16 digit code. The code is necessary if the user needs a valid receipt for the purchase. The code is made available if the user checks the field -Receipt- on page with the card details input.
If a specified receipt with name and company details is needed, users must register with Mobitel's system for receipt tracking and printing. Registration is a one-time procedure. Confirmation is delivered via SMS or e-mail within a few days of purchase.

Privacy
By registering for a specified receipt the user permits Mobitel to collect and use the personal information they provide. Information collected on NeoWLAN and receipt tracking and printing pages is used exclusively for internal purposes and for facilitating purchase completion. Mobitel uses the information solely for these reasons, and does not pass or sell it to third parties. All information supplied by our customers is stored on a secure, protected system.

Security
Mobitel d. d. uses SSL encryption technology for transfering all personal information. SSL technology is supported by majority opf web browsers (e.g Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozzila Firefox...) Browsers indicate SSL-protected zone with an https:// in the addtress bar, and a lock icon in lower-right corner of the browser window. Indicators vary with different browsers. Credit card details are securely transferred via encryption directly from the users's computer into the bank's authorization server.
