Subscribers of mobile operators O2 and Vodafone in Germany are to be able to use Wireless LAN (WLAN) hotspots provided by both operators.

Subscribers of mobile operators O2 and Vodafone in Germany are to be able to use Wireless LAN (WLAN) hotspots provided by both operators. The agreement covers over 330 hotspots run by Vodafone Germany in Accor and Dorint hotels as well as Lufthansa lounges and airport areas, along with around 300 of O2's hot-spots operated by its partner GlobalAirNet. Subscribers will have to pay the WLAN fees charged by their respective network operators via their mobile bills. There is to be no additional roaming charge.
